My Grandpa just Passed away.

Well my Grandpa was just take in to the Hospital this morning at 8:30 for Pneumonia.
He is 83 and has Lewy Body Dementia witch is a form of  Parkinson's. He is the one of the healthiest persons in the whole family for everything else.

I know he is up there in age but but please keep him in your thoughts and prays.
If it were not from him I know I would never be into cars and trucks like I am and wanting to keep the good Gas power cars and trucks of the old days alive.
I am not  as close to him as I used too be but right now I am rushing to clean my house so I can go see him.

Thanks Guys.
He is in a drug induced coma so that they can treat him.  His LBD is so bad that no one could hold his arm still for long enough to get an I.V. in to him. They had to put it in to his Neck.  But they said he his doing well for his age and everything.

Well I have an update on him.
One he is getting over the Pneumonia, but it did some real bad damage to his throat and to the muscles that help you to swallow.  So he is on a I.V. to keep him hydrated but he is slowly dieing.  It sucks but there is not much we can do for him and it was something that he asked for was to say good bye to the whole family. Witch the rest are coming up here in the next week to see him.

I would like to say thinks to every of keeping him in you prays and if you all could continue till.

Well Last night he took a big nose dive in his health. I am going to see him right now.  He might not make it to tomorrow.  Man this so hard he is going to the first grandparent that I am going to lose.  But then again I dont too many people that are 26 and have all four of their grand parents still.

It is never easy to lose a loved one, especially someone you've been with your entire life. I help people lose their grandparents, parents, and spouses every day at work, and it never gets easier. Last night we lost 3 residents. You just have to think, that when you are that old, and your body is failing you, there is not much quality of life there. They have lived a quality life and been through so much, and in the end, it is what is best for them. It's not what feels best for us at the time, but just think, in Heaven, he will be able to walk again, and eat whatever he wants, and he won't hut anymore. He will be able to see his parents and grandparents again, and he will be at peace. It doesn't make the remainder of his time with us any easier on us, but if you need anything, your friends and family are there for you.

ATTENTION PLEASE: On August 3rd 2011 at 5:30 PM John Victor Dale (Poppa as I called him) Pasted away at the Age 83. He will be missed by all in the this family even when we was a complete pain in our but. Poppa I will always love you and remember the time we had play crash and burn on the pool table in the basement.
