2011 breakage

[BAD APPLE]

so far to date i have broken or have had issues with:

broken set of roller lifters
2 bent push rods
1 badly scratched and beaten cam
1 broken front ring and pinion
2 burnt th350 trannys
1 3500 stall torque converter
1 rear ring and pinion

how does your breakage list look?

GM 14 golt SF pinion bearing
sliced lower rad hose in half
totally  pass side wheel bearing
timing is way off i guess by 3 teeth

Only breakage this year for me so far is kingpin springs and bushings. And cracked my tcase

radiator and lines....and I haven't had it more than 6 feet out of the garage!

yea mines been out twice

frame, radiator, broke engine mounting ears off block, headers, t-case, trans adapter, windshield, d70 ring and pinion

i think i figured out why my freshly rebuilt trans burnt up, the tranny cooler was completely plugged

did u flush it before u put new trans in?

Yes, and by plugged I ment with mud its was completely covered in mud

you need to find a cleaner spot for it!!! hehehe

Found just the spot for it too, I'm putting the original trans cooler along with a second cooler mounted on the rear radiator completely covered and out of the way from the mud

Breakage on FRANKENSTEIN
    2 front shafts
    1 rear shaft
         upgraded to all 1410 forged yokes
    outer chromoly 35 spline shaft
    broken shaft in th400
    broken motor mount
       (Kelly is really hard on her truck, lol)

smoked the motor in the jeep-2bent rods and 4 spun rod bearings.  only thing good was the top end
