Regroove or just cut?

I just bought a set of 33 boggers 2 r kinda bald n the rest good. Should I cut them or groove them.. What would be the (best)(cheapest) way?

Grooved or cut you will be in bog 6. Once you modify the tire it is no longer a dot approved tire.

i say cut the crap out of them! you wont be disappointed. cut boggers hook at least twice as hard.
