I agree with Mrs Elders, legalize it and tax it, our country could really use the revenue from the taxes and money not spent on non violent marijuana users that are in jail or prison...

one of the comments, not sure how true it is, but interesting, "The first drafts of our Declaration of Independence and our Constitution were written on hemp paper. Henry Ford developed the Model T to run on bio-fuel made from hemp, and made the body of it from hemp products. That thing was so tough you could smack it with a sledgehammer and not dent it. Try that with a fiberglass car."
