Well after pleading my case to keep my old thread of this Project was still in the works. It was Deleted.  No to Happy about it as there are many other things on this site that should be cleaned up and removed.
But here is a recap of what has gone down to the Jeep Since I got it back in 2006.

It Started out life as a stock entry level CJ7 beat up and seen much better days.
Here she is the day I went and looked at it.

Ended up picking the Jeep up for $350 buck Minus the Top and Doors. Did not run very well when I got it but it did run and it needed a ton of work as you can see.
The body was toasted and there was not much of it worth saving.

Well after having it sit for a few weeks I started to tear into it.  Basically Just Cut the body up and threw it into a scrap pile. After it was stripped to the frame I found out I needed a frame. Not Very Cool b/c CJ frames are hard to find on good shape for a good price.  I have a bunch of Pic but here are a few.

Well I lucked out big time on finding a frame as well as some brand new  2 1/2" lift springs.  The Frame I got for one hell of a deal, Cost me a 15 pack of Guinness and the spring were 40 bucks. SCORE.
Here it is with the Axles under it and new springs. Did this one night when I had lost power.  Also Scored a set of Edelbrock Shocks Brand new from summit for 60 bucks. for all four.  Saved $180 on that deal OH YEA.

Well the Jeep sat for about 3 weeks before I found a tub for it.  Paid $250 for a YJ tub and drove all the way out to JCROffRoad near Kazoo (mind you Gas was only $2.30 a gallon when I did this. Now it would not be worth it for the shape the tub was in.  the Floor was gone on the DS and it had the normal rust wholes.  At the same time I got a Damn Nice CJ Tailgate.

Well things get done to it after I get the tub.  Got some Free 33's for mock up and what not.  Also scored a Free Hard top for when I paid for my nice roll bar.

Well here it is Done (FOR THE FIRST TIME)

Well after dicking with the Jeep for a few months and blowing up bottom end of the good old Iron Duke I said F-it and I found a 350 to drop into it. It looked the same just had a much better motor in her but the trany was not to good, But it held up to the power. Stayed like that till the winter when I found a better tub from Canada and used that.

Now to the 2nd tear down and rebuild.  Still had thr Yj Fenders on it till the spring time.

After the install of my new fenders and then wait till I could have some fun at Gladwin tin the spring time.

Now I am on to Phase 3 LOL
It now has a 700r4 and GM/Dodge Hybrid 208 with a Fixed yoke.  Now this jeep is going to be road whore more than anything.  Seeing as I only have the Next two year for me to drive it on the road then after that its going to be Trailer Queen.

Dropping a new 350 in it just b/c I want to see how much better this motor is going to be vs. the last one (witch was one hell of a beast, Just as Eroq and Morgzilla)

Got the Radiator in it and all filled up. Now to tackle the Trans cooler lines, fuel lines, seat and install of the gauges and I can do the break in and then take it out for a spin in 2wd at least until I find the flange to make the front drive shaft work.

Well Shes back home with me again.  Once again a Big Thanks to TopFist for doing some of the "harder" work for me.  WIRING.
Drove it around the yard on Sunday after fixing a real real bad trans line leak it had.  Also found out the Steering box is bad and I need to beef up the brackets on it as well.

But tonight after it Some what cooled down I got the New Bikini Top installed, the wind shield light bar, did the oil change (One of the nastiest breaking oil changed ever thanks to that Cam lube and Bearing lube) and some other thing you will never notice well in it.

Still needs a PS seat, seat belts and power-steering hooked up along with the fuel gauge, Volt meter and Trans temp.
