unimployment questions

i was wondering what all the laws and regulations about this or most of them atleast.

1. whats the age limit if their is any
2.is their an amount of time of work you have to put in for
3. where can i file for unimployment ?

and other tips or info on this would be great. i just started school again and no longer can work so any of your guys help will be appreciated

They don't usually let you have it if you are in school. But they do have a few exepctions.

ya well I dropped out to work and then was forces to move so I started back up and need to pay for alot of stuff

Yes they will, I have been doing it for over a year at SVSU,......BUT I am going to school full time, which exempts me from looking for a job.

For all Eb extensions, ect..ect......you can be exempted if you are going to School Full Time.  Go to Michigan works.........they can give you forms to fill out, that will be sent to the main office in Grand Rapids.

i go to school part time and claim every winter. they told me to just say i wasnt in school. never had a problem
