my 86 Monte Carlo SS

i just bought this car a few days ago. its my first project car. ive always built trucks. This is an 86 Chevy Monte Carlo SS. has a 305 H.O that runs well. has a rebuilt 700r4 trans with a shift kit. Has t tops. needs alot of work but im happy. The guy was gonna bring it to the scrap yard if i didnt buy it. Im pretty happy. will post more pics as i fix it up.

yea the moron i bought it from didnt know how to work on anything, thats why he wanted to scrap it. im glad i got to it in time. its got ALOT of potential

good.. busy been trying to keep up on jeep repairs and get the impala ready for summer. plus been looking hard at the 48 chevy on here.. just what i need lol.
i have a buddy in harrison that had a couple of those monte`s i`ll check with him to see if he has a good nose to fit it..

here are a few updates on what i have done so far. I pulled the engine, i replaced all the gaskets, put a bigger cam in it, also changed the intake, carb, added headers, i have half of the msd igniton for it, still need to get the rest. also have the engine bay all painted satin black. will post pics soon.
