v 8 engine ?

my wife has a 1996  it  drops to running on 7 cylenders instead of 8.I put new plugs and cap and rotor and plug wires.My ? is could i have a fuel injector problem.It seems to be on the passanger side of the motor.Any help would be great thanks.

pull the plug out and see if its  dry  or  wet.  if its wet  bad wire, if its dry  bad injector.

It could be a bad cly, lose of compression

can ya get to the fuel injector connectors? if ya can, with the engine running unplug one injector at a time, the engine should stumble and run worse, plug that one back in and move onto the next one, do this till ya find the one that does not change the engine runs when ya unplug it and plug it back in. That will be your bad injector

same goes for plug wires. Just dont get zapped lol

i just did a tune up last week i have 8 injectors from another motor that i was going to put in and see if that is the problem

can save alot of work if you narrow it down to what cylinder is causing the problem.

the 4 on the driver side is no problem to get two.The 4 on the passanger side are under the intake i can't get my had in there to unplug then
