The "GoPro" camera, for the in cab shot is awesome. It comes with a waterproof case, that you can change the back side of, so you can get more sound. It has many mounts. In this video, i have the suction cup mount, mounted to the cab, upside down. Theres also a rollbar mount you can buy.
If i was you, id just google gopro, and go to their website and read up on it for other info.
