rockwell f106's

i have a set of rockwell F106's    whats  difference between what i have and toploaders?  all i can think of is driveshaft angles , and my gear ratio is 6.80 is all i can think of  and looks like i ll be putting this under my "Dirty Beaver" soon  but was a lil woprried about angles but i always can go to a divorced t case to reduce the angles
