ok on my bogger i was planning on getting a tool box and mounting it to the bed but i planned on putting the fuel cell in the box and also thought about putting my battery back there also but idk in my opinion it doesnt seem safe with gas fumes and battery possibly sparking?? then kaboom there goes my truck.. but i also thought wtf theres room up front in the cab for a battery so coud i put it in there?? and i know alot of people put there radiators in the bed but why?? i thought about leaving mine up front just because i planned on using this as a work truck too and if i sealed off the engine compartment pretty good would it matter?

Just put a real fuel cell back there.  And use a battery box...you'll be good.

Radiator in the bed...stays cleaner...doesn't cake up with mud. Less likely to have damage like rocks or ice or anything.

I did fuel tank in the toolbox on my old Chevy, and radiator in the bed, with overflow tank in the toolbox. Battery was in the cab.  Look under "the Reject" build thread in projects. remember fuel is heavy...my toolbox was supported from the bottom, not the ends.

i thought bout only doing a 10 galllon or so fuel cell i dont think that would way to much??
and with the radiator i know there are some perks to having it in back like protecting it etc but i could make some skid plates or suin up front for it

10gal ain't much.  My cell is 16gal, and I wish it was bigger

the less battery cable the better i always thought.  i also think people hav to move the rads to make way for engine space.  like tryn to fit a 500 ci motor in a s-10.
You can only go as far as your truck will take you

its a full size chevy truck i think i might make it so i can take the front clip of if i have to work under the hood but i wanted to use it to haul wood in from the woods so i didnt want to put it in the back is what im getting at

u'd be fine with it upfront.  might have to spray it out every once in a while.. or just enclose as much as possible and put some fans on it.

BAD APPLE

There have been people that put the battery and fuel cell in a tool box before just use a battery box and an actual fuel cell you should be ok, if not ill be ready about u in the papers under obituary

When I moved my battery I went with power leads for a plow (about 1/2 diameter leads) to reduce the resistance caused by the extra length.

Just leave rad and tranny cooler in stock location.  Works great for me.  My coolers infront of my rad.  Just gotta hose it out after yer done for the day!
