Take a look at that Cory, maybe itll help. I was readin some other stuff on there and they keep sayin unhook the battery, always try that 1st. Ford has a pretty unusual computer system (at least to my GM brain) so ya never know Could it be the grease is too thick for this weather..?

well i think i figured out the issue. one of the lock outs will not unlock. i messed with it but it will not unlock when i have it installed. contacted the company to see if i can get it replaced or not. maybe that will fix the issue
