someone tried to scam grandma yesterday...

so, apparently someone called my grandma yesterday, said they were me and had been in a terrible 'automobile' accident. they wanted money, and were calling from a blocked number. she told them 'this isnt marshall', and they responded 'yes it is, i just have a broken nose'. after some more prodding from granny they hung up, and she called me herself.

sorry for the strange story...

how else would they know thats YOUR grandma...?
? i figured someone found her information, names of grandkids, and picked one? if they knew me, they would know im still in contact with my gm, and she could tell it wasnt me over the phone?

its easy to get that kind of info.....some people tried that with my family last year too....called my aunt said her son got hurt...people are messed up

yeah that stuff happens alot!!!!! You ever hear the story about the kid that went to Mexico on vacation? The scammers got like 5k from his parents. There was a huge article about it on tv the kid was from grand rapids or something

phone company might beable to track the number? dont know how that works. sucks tho, people need to be ==kk &  kennyy
