Thanks everyone!  72 Bogger, it's a 2008 Nightster and I've got around 55,000 miles on her.  The pipes are stock but I removed the chrome heat shields and cored the muffs.  I made the sissybar out of a Captain America sissybar from J & P that I welded to the H-D quick release backrest mounts.  I cut out a piece of plywood to match the contour of the bar and took it to Flint Auto Upholstery to have the pad made.  It's mounted to the bar by a couple t-nuts run into the plywood base and they're bolted to the bar using a factory H-D backrest clip and a crossbar that I welded in.  I can take the bar off and put on a solo seat in 2 minutes and it TOTALLY transforms the bike into a modern looking bar hopper.
