here's my problem's
first is when i first start my truck you can here what sounds like water running in the dash somewhere (what could it be)not loseing any fluid.
2nd is sometimes when i step on the gas the truck bog's down (happens maybe every 4 out of 10 time's)
3rd is my steering got real tight for some reason (was thinking maybe the power steering pump but no fluid loss and no noise coming from the pump.

my truck is a 94 sierra ext cab
355
400 r4 trans
9" lift

( i am not a very good mechanic) ( and am not rich so would like to see if maybe i can fix the problems without spending to much money)
any help would be appreciated

Water sound is air in the heater core. Pull the lines off under the hood going into the cab and back flush it with a garden hose prolly partially plugged up with sediment should take care of that.
Bogging down could be lots of different things. Typical things on those engines is the magnet cracking inside the distributor pull the cap off and look real close at the magnents inside for cracks, could also be a temp sensor, fuel filter plugged, oxygen sensor going bad,
last problem sounds like it could be the gear box going bad. Hope this helps

i would start with the fuel filter, maybe add some lucas to the p steering
