I have 2 body mounts left to weld up, then the body will be done for now. Next step is to buy a chain fall and install it so I can try to clear the grill to get the motor in there where I need it and make those mounts. This stuff sure takes a lot of time.

Well the body mounts are done and I figured out a slick way to cut and remove the front clip last night, bolted the trans and motor together and am getting ready to make the motor mounts. It's all on the cherry picker and kinda in place.

Thanks, it's coming along. I'll be out in the barn again tonight. Thinking I should probably paint the motor befor I set it in. Maybe I'll put it where it needs to be, make up the mounts and pull it back out and paint it tomorrow when I'll only have a couple hours to work on it.

Well both motor mounts are welded up and holding the motor right now but now I'm kinda stuck. My headers don't look like they're going to clear the front driveshaft so I'm not sure whether to pull the headers and mount the transferase to the trans and make my trans cross member and look for a set of uprights or what? Maybe I could mandrel bend the end of the header to turn it out to where it's out of the way.
