Lil Slick's in Basketball

  Well he's in 7th grade now and basketball is his 1st school sport, he'll be playing for Genesee.  His 1st game is Thursday at 5:30 against the school I graduated from, Flint Hamady.  However Hamady has changed since I went  there 30 years ago, I don't even think they will need there uniforms to tell which team is which.  I'm sure they will have there hands full.  I'll be there watching for sure.

Well they got stomped the 1st half. Played them tight the second half, but got beat pretty good. Our cheerleaders were better though.

Lol I almost had to go to hamady I was on the carman ainsworth side of pasadena ave...less than 2 miles from flushing schools, and less than a mile from flint and hamady schools

  Well this week they travel to Beecher,  don't look like it will get alot better this week either.

Off to Montrose today, they lost the 1st time they played them. They also lost to Beecher, however they also beat Atherton.  So they are doing OK, and most important showing improvmement.  I'll keep this thread posted.

Beat Montrose this time and moved to 4-4

Lost again against Beecher this week, Atherton at home this week, should get back to .500

Beat Atherton again to get back to .500 at 5-5, and they beat Bendle last night to move to 6-5.  One more game against Dryden this week and the season is over.

They beat Dryden and ended up 7-5, way to go wolves!
