midland county  also passed 1 already this yr  no snowmobiles         helemts and 25 is the speed limit     must have head & tail light    brake light 1/2 before sun rise or set.  i still trying to find out if ya need an orv  (because your on rd  not off rd)   must stay as far to the right of your lane as possible and drive with the flow of traffic.

clyde from what ive been told u have 2 have a orv sticker still  thats what they sayed with this rule for in oscoda county

yes you must have a orv permit, kinda like you license plate for the one. We have a cabin in mio and we can ride the roads there too. just have to stay off the m roads. like m33, or any county (highways) .
