cant access my PMs

I'm not sure if this is the right spot but since the forum got cleaned up a while back I can't access my pms, in fact my whole area up top with the picture and how long I've been logged in and everything is missing, thanks

there is an up//.or down  arrow looking thing          next to the home  indicator    just click on that it should give you back your full screen

  Happens more than you think because Clyde accesses people accts and changes it so when they have a problem he can tell them how to fix it and look like a "Big Dog".
