what a night.

started out great. had a date with a girl ive been talking to for a while. took her to dinner, went mini golfing and went and raced some go karts, so we had a good night, i go to drop her off at home. i leave to head to my house and i gotta take 94 makes it faster n easier, anyway, i'm going all of a sudden bambi wanted to be in my lane, and doing 75 i couldnt try to swerve to miss it i would of been in alot more danger, so i hit it, anyway the airbag hit me in the face i black out and end up taking out a concrete barrier @ 70 mph, (estimated, i dunno how fast i was going i was blacked out) totalled my 2001 blazer, and now looks like i'll be riding my pedal bike 30 miles for work, because as if that wasnt enough, the cop decided i should get a careless driving ticket, because i did end up off the road way after the airbag knocked out me, oh and i got a ticket for possession of marijuana even though i have my medical card. so figure, so now my license will be suspended, totalled my new truck that i still owed money on, and lost my stash, what a horrible, horrible night. atleast noone was hurt.. except a black eye from the bag.

sorry, didnt know where else to rant and i figured people around here would know what i went though.

Not sure what to tell ya on the ticket for possession of marijuana, you could fight it as long as you DO have all proper documentation. As far as the careless driving, personally, if it were me, I would fight it. Reminds me of the two officers that arrested a guy for drunk driving after he had smashed into a pole. Cant remember for sure but he had blood sugar problems or a stroke one. They threw him in the back of the cruiser and he ended up dieing. Happened in Charlotte or Eaton Rapids around 5-6 years ago.

i only had about 3 grams, nothing crazy, i am legit holder for chronic back pain, went to the courts today, ended up dropping that one, but stuck with the careless driving, which i am going to further fight, and yeah it was an expensive date night, lookin at about 5000 dollars, and thankfully i dropped her off before i went on my way. would of been horrible if anyone else was with me, and the possession was for "the smoke apparatus" that i had. which i found to be bull. so did the judge i saw this morning, atleast i'm alive, 2 black eyes from the air bag, but i'm good.

edit-- 475 dollar tow bill. niceee

yup i stay with fighting it carleess for a deer any blood and skin or hair get pics go back to wear it happened at takes pics of the black eyes and a doc opinon /emt on site .

no insurance / they wont cover anything that bill seems high

They have to clean up the road too, get the deer off to the side, etc... - still seems like alot, dont it? How far did they have to tow it? Tell the court to charge deer with Jaywalking!!! Careless drivin

lol, woody i do believe a second date is in the works, i'm a bit sore right now though, lol

and the bill seems excessive because i had them leave it at their lot over night.95 for outside unsecure storage lol 125 for hook fee x2 then the rest was mileage which was about 15 miles all together. lol

all in all, it was alright, i pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor and presented them with all my documentation, i still got a possession of controlled substance for having a vicodin in my glove box, but it didnt matter, its a few months probation.

Few months probation my butt.....at least a year, and drug tests and councelling. Which means no more weed, cause you'll b taking a court ordered drug test and if u fail it jail time. (marijuana is illegal under federal law)

except i wasnt tried in a federal court, i was tried in a state court which does note medical marijuana as legal, and actually i got off with no probation since i was able to show them the paper work, now if this would of been a federal circuit court i would of been in more problem. and they threw the vicodin out since a few months back i was on a prescription for it when i fell off a roof, told them it must of been in there since then.

which means... i can smoke any time i want.

state judges follow state laws, federal judges follow federal laws.

also blazin, first offense you can plead 7411, which its normal punishment is 6 months UNSUPERVISED probation, and about 300 dollars in fines, and unsupervised meaning no drops, just cant get in trouble for 6 months. i even used a court appointed attorney for this.
