1977 Chevy K20 with ~6800 lb VIN rating.

I need to get new bushings for the frame-to-shackle mounts as my springs are rubbing on the frame under the cab, but Energy Suspension lists different sizes. Anyone know what is the correct size?

I'd be getting the red poly bushings as all the rest of the suspension is already upgraded.

only way to really tell is to measure the old one, or as it sounds in your case there isnt much left loll    but you could also measure the hole where the bushing goes in. and get the closest size, as the bushing will be slightly larger

Just went threw this 20 minutes ago with a s10. Pretty much gotta measure the size of the ones in it. They are pretty cheap on summit

I hate tearing the truck apart without having the parts though, that would render the truck useless. J/W if someone knew of the size that's in that shackle.

Wish I had some shackles here to measure for ya but everything I got is s10. ==dunno

I hear ya I had to go thru the same thing on my 77, but the problem is that there are 3 different sizes, and if someone else measures theres its a 1 in 3 chance that its the same size as yours. At the time, I had some extra $$ so I just bought all 3 sizes and returned the 2 that didnt fit.
