Ok so i got an engine givin to me that was torn apart. I got looking at the pistons and on the bottom of all of them they are stamped 030. Does this mean they are 30 over pistons? I know this may sound stupid to some but i just wanted to ask

J.C.

Yes, usually its on the top

And I have seen the numbers stamped on bottom of piston on the pin boss so they do stamp not just on top, its just most common to be on top :)
