This is one of the nest bolt on applications I have seen.

http://www.offroaddesign.com/catalog/tractionbar.htm

It tucks up nicely, doesnt hang down.
Has a shackle at one end so that it wont bind up the suspension.
Priced good for a kit that is all ready to go.

Another one.

Traction bars for cars are not the best solution for 4x4s.  Street vehicles dont require no where near the suspension travel that a 4x4 needs.

When guys simply mount a bar from the axle to the frame without some kind of shackle or similar... they will either limit suspension movement... or break.  One or the other is going to happen.

Sure people do it all the time... doesn't mean it is the right way to do it.

BAD APPLE

you would have just as much money in making your own ladder bars as you would 4 link all you need is steel used coils and hiems joints out of tractor links its cheap and easy i think i have $200 in my rear 4 link

The method I was talking about above,  you only need one.  It's sole purpose is to control spring wrap.  Axle location is still the job of your springs.

If I were to do a 4 link, I would cut corners on the rod ends.  Failure there is not fun, not fun at all.

having a issue with my linkage so im gonna have to fix that before the truck will work in 4 low so thats not a big issue, and then next thing to install would be brakes and minor stuff like msd box, new hood and new doors, front bumper and so on! :) should look pretty decent once that stuff is on! I gotta thank my good friends Scotty Hale, Jeremy King for there help and guiding of correct ways to do things lol
