Is anyone running holley HP EFI?

I have holley hp efi on my sbc it had an MSD distributor with a 6al box.  At TGW it got where it wouldn't start  so holley told me to put a F.A.S.T.  dual sync distributor in it.  I did and now it runs but it has devolped a problem at high rpms it shuts down just like you turned it off when it gets back down to about 1000 rpms it takes back off again.  I think the problem at TGW was my starter was dying and it wasn't cranking fast enough to start.  I think I'm going to try my msd again, but that dual sync is suppose to be better any help would be welcome.  Thanks.
