The last project post on this truck was getting out of control, got a name for it now and progress coming very soon!

Started out with this 1990 Baja Edition S10, 4.3L, NV3500

Added 32'' BFG's

Added a roll bar..

Had some fun, replaced the clutch & radiator,

Toasted the throw out bearing, decided to tear the truck down to the frame (makes sense right?)

With some help from Kornbread got the engine and trans out..

Picked up a TBI 350 from JR

Threw in some goodies...

Voodoo Cam from ProGrade

Gotta have the gear to gear..

Some paint of course..

Sealed Power Flat Top's

High Volume Oil Pump

Double Spring & "Ported" 194's

Lil Chrome and some ARP head bolts

Went and picked up a s10 Blazer with a 5'' BDS lift from "insert forgotten screen name" thanks for haulin it ChevyRacer

Pulled the body off & Power washed the frame..

Cleaned the frame up and painted it with some help from Rangerwheelin' Mike and Shelly Shelly
ChevyRacer patched up some weak spots found when cleaning it. Thanks again!

Cleaned up, Painted and Installed the 5'' BDS lift

Picked up some bald 315/70R17 Rollers to put on my new/used 17'' MB Old School's

Compared to a stock ranger..

Had to sell the wheels and tires to pay some bills, sat the body on, found out exactly how rusty it was ==doh

Did some dealin round and managed to get some 36's on it from ChevyRacer

Sat the engine in place to test fit the "V8 Conversion Mounts" they fail. Must be for a 2.8L.

Hit another rough spot, had to sell the 36's.

Recently picked up a whole truck from Georgia thats pretty solid. Doing the body swap here in the next week or two (have to make a trip to Cass City and pick up a A frame to hang my chain fall from).

& Thats how it sits. Seems like its taking forever but it will be worth it when its done :) a penny here and there ==roll

Going to try to get the body off the other truck today, hopefully start sanding down the paint.

Getting a M90 supercharger from a guy at work and possible a port injection system if he has one. thinking 8-9 psi will wake it up a lil bit ;)

Nothing lately A frame isn't tall enough to pick the cab up to the frame. Dunno what to do about that

7387chevynut

Those S10 cabs are so small....................you should be able to lift it up with 2 guys.

Also who the hell is .........RIP_K52007 and why are all your photos under that/his name??

Get that Baja back on the road so I can see it in action for news years day trail ride up in West Branch.

Also WHERE was the 1st pic taken at (broken cement bridge)

there's no WGM members who live down by you that could lend ya a few hands to lift er up onto the frame????

Also if using "manual labor" to install that cab,  try taking both doors off, thats gonna shave well over a hundred pounds in weight.

Most the people I know like their back lol. Don't blame them. Actually have a taller A frame on the way sometime.
