grease-able trailer hubs...

I knwo this subject was touched with the bearing buddies....but came across this....  http://www.etrailer.com/p-R20384EZ.html     .....  looks like a lot better Idea, since it can grease both front and rear bearings

what you guys think?

Called EZ lube, lot better than that bearing buddy junk. Puts the grease where you need it. My trailer has the EZ lube caps on one axle, I need to see if it has those spindles.


Still not a replacement for manual service, though.

I know its not a replacement for manual packing and service/inspection of them,   but thought it be a good alternative to the bearing buddy crap. :)  not to bad of a price either

you can do that to any axle. just drill the center of the axle, then drill one down to meet the center one. done no money spent.

well best thing to do pack the bearings and be done. bearing buddies came about for trailers that go into water, so that you do not have air grap in side the hub. if its full of grease no water can get in.
