Broken ribs!

Well I will get straight to the point!
I woke up yesterday to the sound of my kids yelling that they were hungry. So hey it's the weekend so I takemy time getting up. That didn't work out so well. After about 5min those two were on me like a pack of wild dogs. So we wrestled a bit. Then I started to chase then out of the room and around the corner. Much to my surprise they were waiting. They startled me by throwing stuffed animals at me and I tripped and went down the stairs. Two broken ribs and a trip to the hospital later. And I'm back in bed..
