heres my problem, the hospital called & told me no nurses were availible to come clean my wound,but they would walk me threw the procidier (on the phone)of changing my dressing,pulling packing out & repacking it or go back to hospital & wait at ER & let them do it(wait for hrs)
so looks like Im gonna John Wayne it & do it myself

My mom got bit by a something and got infected and did the same thing except hers was on her thigh and you could almost fit 3-4 sheets of paper towel in it  but good luck to ya!! Dont be a sissy!

accully, Sheila done it 4 me.... i really cant reach my foot that well, she called the nurse, nurse told here to pull out old stuff & pack in new, its done good enough till nurse comes in the morning, It wasnt that bad....

had to do that for the wife before with an incision that took half a roll of gause to repack it was gross but had to be done
