backspacing for 1 tons

what kind of backspacing is needed for wheels to not rub on the dana 60 front calipers? 2"? 3"?

cant. its a street truck. not gonna risk it pullin 2 vehicle car trailers and 28ft travel trailers

You were able to shave a Ford Dana 60 down enough to fit 15" rims?
