one more reason to hate my home

I was in Lincoln over the weekend and when I came home the ceiling in one of the bathrooms and the laundry room had bad water damage, bathroom is on the verge of collapsing, so I got up on the roof today to patch where it was leaking and it was like walking on a water bed, no OSB, just a tin roof and trusses, I was planing on putting fiberglass up there this year and I don't think I'm gonna climb up there again, maybe have my soon to be former brother-in-law do it.
