Maintenance Technician

Location: Fowlerville, MI
Benefits: Comprehensive Package
Employment Type: Full Time
Department: APNA Operations
Description: Applicant must be willing and available to work any shift; including midnights.
Advanced fabrication and precision installation, troubleshoot/repair all systems, and auxiliary equipment repair. Machine rigging, alignment, and installation, troubleshoot and repair lab equipment, molders, lift trucks, plumbing and pipe fitting and annual equipment rebuilds.

Duties: Core Responsibilities
* Machine installation
* Repair Equipment (Lab, fork lift trucks, etc.)
* Repair molders, extruders, pelletizers, etc.
* Preventative Maintenance
Other Responsibilities
* Promotes safe work environment for self and others.
* Promotes team work and organizational excellence by assuring the smooth flow of information between groups and the operations leadership team.
*Seeks continuous improvement through periodic self-assessment.
Works proactively with operators/engineers to trouble shoot equipment problems and plan effective repairs.


Working Conditions
Stands and walks most all work hours. Work can range from light to very heavy lifting.

Qualifications: Minimum: High school diploma with 2 years related experience
Preferred: Technical school training with 2-5 years related experience. A skilled trades or journeyman's certificate would be an asset.

I got all the credentials needed :) so does a buddy of mine,  I sent you a PM as I could really use a job :)  Sitting around waiting for GM to call just isn't putting the food on the table loll
