As a new driver you have to be teams for 6 months "I have some pull so my students have been going solo after 3" so as a team driver you will make .19 per truck mile and the trucks avg. 4500-5000 a week. It's not a bad starter company to get your CDL and go local after your year. I try to help you guys out "buy you dinner and such". I also dont run my students like a team. We are done when your done.

.19 per mile as a team is standerd anymore for a newbie being paid truck miles.

yeah conway is a good company. Did they pay for your CDL and what's your insurance and the cost? Not trying to be a dick i just like to know because i have student's i still look out for and i like to pass the info on to them.  I try to help them as much as i can even when their off my truck.

old school truck dude

A year team driving? Wow! That's a long time - don't sound like a very good deal. I went to the VA and got them to pay for my CDL training, started out with tractor trailer dumps then went dry van regional. No team for me. You're at the mercy of your trainer, bouncing around while trying to sleep, and if you don't get along you can get put out of the truck far from home.
