Need a transmission pan welded/patched *done*

Who can patch a hole in this transmission pan? It's sheet metal, not rusty just punctured. Need it fixed cheap, it's not even mine, just want the car out of my driveway. Call / text 989 873 7619

It's a sheet metal trans pan.

I meant what it was for, can't find a pan anywhere? That looks aluminum..
