silver lake on holiday weekends

Just wondering who goes on the holiday weekends,  part of me wants to go on one of those times but I am wondering what you all think about the traffic on those weekends.
Is it worth going on an overly crowded weekend, myself I kinda think that its better to go on an off weekend and have more play time/area.

i personally think its worth it...its when you see the coolest stuff up there.  i also enjoy going up there when its not a rat race, so i guess no matter what its worth the trip!

i would go on a random week day not a lot of prople you almost have the dunes to youre self

I go every year in July for a week and week days are better no weekend traffic
