Dutys include

Debris removal
Cleaning
Winterizing
Cleaning
Snow removal
Cleaning
Light carpentry work
Cleaning.

This job has alot of cleaning involved in it and i stress this. if your to much of a man or to good to clean a dity toilet this isnt for you. Starting Pay is based on experiance. and job starts at part time on an on-call basis.
