Collision repair (Saginaw)

We just had the BIG snow and I ended up putting my truck right in the ditch. The truck is a little off center while looking head on and the bumper got pushed up pretty good. I don't think it would take much to get everything back in alignment but I just don't know where to start. I live in the Saginaw area and wanted to know if anybody knew of a good/reliable collision shop or maybe someone works at one and could lend a hand. Or if someone has the basic knowledge and wants to backyard it ill be happy to lend a hand and compensate for your time.  Also the windshield got spidered and I found a replacement but I need a putting that in as well so if anybody can/wants to help a fellow gotmudder please feel free to contact me. I can provide pics to give you a better idea of what's going on.
