Gibbs is hiring again, sounds like it will be first shift for a couple months for training then you will get moved to the new 2nd shift. If you are interested in a application, PM me.  :)



They are looking for:

Production Associate – Composite Area – Second Shift

Responsibilities

The Composites Assembler is responsible for fabricating small to large prototype, pre-production and production parts using composite materials. Helps as needed in mold making, installing laminate and core and performing infusion molding. Uses power tools such as grinders and buffers. Trims edges. Cuts fiberglass. May wear respirator and Tyvex suit. Uses tools and gages for fine measurement.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required. At least one year experience with composite bonding, assembly of vacuum infusion molding, fiberglass fabrication, mold making and/or laminate installation. Experience with prototype or low volume production needed. Experience with power tools or painting. Must have valid drivers license. Must be able to work overtime during the week and on the weekends.

Production Associate – Assembly Area

Responsibilities

The Production Assembler is responsible for the hand assembly of powersports vehicles. Includes building sub-assemblies, powertrains, retraction arms, wiring harnesses, bonding, adhering labels, running dynamometer test, filling with various fluids and oils. Uses tools and gages for fine measurement.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required. At least one year experience with automotive or marine repair and replacement. Experience with power tools or painting. Must have valid drivers license. Must be able to work overtime during the week and on the weekends.

Quality Inspector - Second shift

Responsibilities

The Quality Inspector is responsible for comparing the vehicle to the standard to determine if part quality is acceptable. Performs inspection of incoming parts, work in process and final product. Includes testing and reporting disposition of parts. Uses tools and gages for fine measurement.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required. At least two years experience with automotive or marine inspection required. Uses tools and gages for fine measurement. Must have valid drivers license. Must be able to work overtime during the week and on the weekends.


Sales and Marketing Manager – East Coast / West Coast

Responsibilities

Develop and grow product sales by managing all aspects of sales and marketing for power sports products in an assigned region. Build the dealer network to facilitate the sale of the product.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in related field preferred. Minimum of ten years marketing, sales and sales management experience with an OEM in the powersports industry required. Proven success in growing sales and managing a team. Experience in the recreational products industry. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Clear driving record with ability to obtain chauffeur license.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

Plan and organize marketing events, develop various marketing materials, implement the social media strategy by monitoring and updating social media sites, work with market share research data, prepare mailing and email blasts as needed, update website as needed, develop presentations and reports. Work duties involve high degree of accuracy and coordination. Occasional instructions, or assigning of work to others.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Communications or Marketing or a related field preferred. A minimum of three years experience required in the areas noted above especially designing marketing materials .Thorough knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint required. Experience with Adobe Suite preferred. Experience conducting business professionally via the telephone required. Experience with social and digital media required. Understanding dealership distribution preferred. Experience with fulfillment of marketing requests preferred. Must be able to work overtime during the week and on the weekends.
