These Guys , I am warning the General public out there, they will tell you fraudulent information and try to get you to replace parts that are not bad,

my son took a car there a 2000 neon for a front end alignment , they looked at car and said it would be a waste and they would just be taking his money if he didn't replace the front ball joints. so he called me as he was there , i was like ok bring car home and we will take another look at it.

i inspected the front end ....nothing wrong..... i thought ok maybe i am missing something lets goto another shop and have them inspect it ...Muffler man... they looked at it as well and found nothing wrong with the vehicle.....

this is the second time Kanrock in Clio Michigan has done this and i have caught it...

i called corporate offices to let them know what is going on ...3 weeks ago left 3 messages and still have not got even a FU letter or call back.... so know i am going to the public media with this

the repairs they would have done would have been about $250 for no reason......

i am reaching out to all news stations

i feel it is terrible that they are trying to take advantage of people out there and it is going to be brought up so everyone knows!!!!

I will NEVER go back to the Fenton location. I sent my wife up there to get a set of tires put on her Jeep GC. I had jut put a set of new gorilla wheel locks on the aftermarket alum wheels. They put new tires on it and Stan told me that it needed a ball joint. which he was right,but they stripped 2 of the wheel locks by using a impact to put them back on. I was very pissed off !!!! I called Stan the next day and was told to bring it back up so they could replace the locks. My wife took it back up there,they replaced the locks with standard lug nuts and didn't tell her about it. so i called the next day and they told me that it never came in with wheel locks on it. F-them. never again will i go back there. They use to take care of thier customers. not anymore they just care about the $$$$

thats why i learned how to work on my own stuff, too many shops do this nowadays. most honesty is gone in the repair business.

When I was younger I worked at a "shop" and seen some of the they did and had to quit guess morals ain't for everyone. There's only a few things I'll pay some one else to do can't stand some one else tuching my cars. Now I have a pretty good following of people that bring me the cars to fix guess cheep and honest don't make me rich but keeps my conscience clear
