Has anyone got anything yet? Everyone i no is having no luck, everyone around lapeer/oakland deer are not going for bait either.

I saw 8 deer (all does ) in a span of 20 minutes, before going out to sit for the evening on 10-5-13, near the roadsides on state land in MIO.

Didn't see jack shitt while sitting out though.

Seen a guy up town buy me had a good size 6 it is still too warm i have a ton of apples on the ground. Ive seen a couple none that i could shoot.

Deer are eating my bait, I just haven't been out since opening weekend, I've been busy duck hunting instead !!

Deer have smashed my apples lol. 70 gallons of apples since a week before opening day. Seen a few but no shooters.

Missed an eight point last weekend but got an eight today been in a slump for a few years finally broke it tonight lol the one I missed last week was wider than this one but nice size deer ++peace

Well, 3rd time setting out my bait pile, put out apples last 2 weeks, both times came back next weekend only half gone.

i put out apples and they rotted lots of apples in the woods this year they been eating the corn and carrots and a couple sugar beets going out in the morning. first time hunting my spot in the morning we will see how it goes!

Ended my season last night got the brother eight point the one I missed the first time very nice deer now my freezer is full lol :)

Well might not be that nice buck but I have meat in the freezer. Oddly enough this is the first year I've seen more bucks than does just not getting any shots at them.

Congrats to all that have gotten a deer. Let us know what happens after tomorrow. I was going to go this year, but then I got my orders for this deployment. Think of the military members who would be out in the woods with ya when you go out. Post pictures of what you get! Thanks guys.  a=f
