Any Diesel injector specialist in the tri city/thumb area?

Had to make a trip to west Virginia last week to pull my dads truck back to Michigan. Ford stealership told him his injectors were bd needed all 8 replaced they'd do it for 400 each plus labor. So has was cheaper to go get him from them crooks. Its a pre 99 powerstoke. Pulled the injectors out has blown out orings no big deal but while the injectors are out I'd like him to take them somwhere to be tested. I know any place that's worth a crap should be able to test them tell flow rate and all that. Morons in WV said injectors can only have power run to them to check for open and close can't be tested. Funny when they get rebuilt they just check for clicks and send them out the door?! So anyhow if anyone knows a place that rebuilds/tests injectors I'd appreciate the leads.

I'm sure a good one would but the engine light wunt on guess it'd be a good excuse to buy the snapon guys scanner off his truck only cost half what my hous did!  Thanks I did call then they don't test them but I imagine could get rebuilt ones didn't think to ask.

these guys are really good i bought parts from them for my inlaws ford  real nice guys tell ya things about the parts and what to do installing that a shop wouldnt do for ya

there is only two place that rebuild those. they do not test them. so that is where every body gets them. even the ford dealers.  just higher prices.  that is what I was told when work on one.

X2 it's called a buzz/ contribution test. And also look up aftermarket reman's if I remember right it's like 1200 for a set of 8
