So whats your best " Redneck Repair "

post pics if you got um'


Used a pair of Nylons as a fan belt on a Duece 1/2 when I was in the service.
 

Over the Edge Sharpening systems, cutlery, shear, scissor sharpening

It's all fun and games till someone gets knocked up.. down or out !

had too chain down the engine in my 66 Malibu/first car  after tryin too doo a reverse hole shot with 5 people in the car ==doh     then had a 80 something pickup with a straight 6 engine the choke didn't work right  soo I had a piece of rope hooked too it threw the hood and vent window  had too pop the hood     get in   pull the rope get it going then get out and slam the hood down  i eventually put a cable on it  ;D

COAT HANGER with a stick holding the tension on the alternator in my plow truck had a broke bolt and missing bracket ill get a pic tomorrow lol    should upgrade to a ratchet strap

My Bronco had rope tied to the windows this way we could put the up or down and plexiglass rear window for winter held up by ratchet straps.
Everday Normal Redneck MotherF*cker<br /><br />Start with stock and upgrade when p00 gets broke.

Lots of different uses for them. Keep ya warm, just another layer.
Makes it nicer on your feet during 12-20+ mile road marches,
They get metal slivers out with fairly easy. I'm sure there is more

done that in my 66 bronco when it broke at a bogg but i also drove it about 3 miles with a rope tied to the carb for a gas pedal lol

Had to talk HER into it.. she pulled them from her duffle bag.

Drove to work for a week with a pair of vise grips as a steering wheel.

2 liter bottle for a washer fluid tank..

buddy of mine used household panelling for the headliner in his camaro.. actually didn't look too bad.

when i was in school i had a  82 f250 with a 300-6 that the fuel pump took a crap on wile out on a date drove the truck home by taking the hood off putting my military jarry can on the roof and running my syphon hose form the metal spout strait to the carb couldnt go vary fast but us home for some reason she never wanted to ride in that truck after that  and her dad cept calling it a peace of p00 lol i miss that truck

ill flat out say i do stupid stuff all the time to get somthing mobile 81 honda cm400t gas tank was shot so took the grinder and cut the top the tank out and put a tank off a  briggs 8hp put it inside a coat of flat black and road it till i found a tank. my 81 spit a u joint in the rear drive shaft and wiped out half the ear on the drive shaft so took a joint out of the front drive shaft put it in it and took the hose clamps off the upper radator hose and put them around the joint to hold the caps on and drove very slow front axle had a snapped shaft. if you ever do that make shure to take the cap off lol

Changed my starter in sami realize my bolts is too long for my starter so i collected beer tabs and use them as my washer
