The 94 I had to drive for a land scape company was jumpy to I hated that truck. Ended up getting it hot pulling a trailer and burned her up. So he bought a 93 motor and that was a mechanical pump so we had to put the 94 eletrice pump on it. Never did get the jumping out of it.

pmd was relocated when I got it  ive tried  2 other pmds with no change   what does the resistor doo ???

Adds more fuel for more power, and I've heard if you stay out of the throttle better mph

you need a pump for a 94 to 2000. sounds like thats your problem. i had the same issue with 2 of my 6.5s new pump and pdm with a relocation kit and a #2 resistor fixed both of them. i did my 2000 at 98000 it now has 345000 with no problems

On the Pmd over two pins were the wiring from the pump goes

Yup, basically just slide it in the pmd connector, and connect the wiring back up good to go, it can take a few times starting for it to take effect also
