dodge 45RFE trans not shifting

well another prob occurred with my dodge  it was not shifting and i took it in and was told my governer selonoid was bad and i had to get the whole selonoid pack replaced. now i looked and looked for a cheap one no go so i bit the bullet and went to the dodge dealer and payed $356.00 for the darn thing installed it today and O.o darn thing still not shifting still stuck in third gear and no o/d now i don't know if i need to reset the tcm/pcm inorder to get it to work or is their other things i should look for? not keep in mind the truck has 160k on her and when i droped the trans pan it did not look to bad nor was the magnet full of crap

probably problem in the computer, better off going to get it scanned again.
