Power to ECM

I m doing 454 vortec swap in my boat and making huge progress I m about to tackle the wiring harness I got most wiring hook up done now my question how do u turn on the ECM??? My wiring harness ends where I disconnected fuse block on the fire wall. I figure I didn't need the fuse bloc under the driver side dash so what do I do from this point?
