bank of america rant update 11/19/14

so here is the story today i received a letter from a lawyer saying they r foreclosing on my home for non payment (have never missed a payment) with a little leg work and lots of time on phone i discover they sold my mortgage to another company and still kept taking my payments and never bothered to forward them or tell me, now i have to start a investigation process with new company to have them pursue BOA to hopefully get my money from them 7000.00  ......dirty dealings if u ask me anybody else have a story of bank of america ... well i contacted the banks and B.O.A did say they got my money (they r going to do a internal investigation ) joke !!!!!! but i have everything in black and white showing they received the money by mistake and when i asked them when my payments will be forwarded or check cut to me i got the typical it needs to be processed answer could take  30 days lawyer has given me thirty days to get out lol............................................................................................  I WIN GOT MY MONEY BACK FROM BOA NOW GOING AFTER THEM FOR ATTORNEY FEES   11/19/14 i win again i got 1250.00 in attorneys fees back today

They aren't going anywhere either. They run a monopoly on convict accounts. Everyone in prison has to use them. Once they get out they have to go through jp morgan/chase. Corporate merica'.

Good luck with the fight though. Similar thing happened to someone else I know. They didn't straighten it out until after they were evicted and had relocated

They sold the mortgage to another bank on my house too! Its bull currently talking to lawyers as well

Selling mortgages is pretty common...you actually give them permission in the 50 papers you sign!  Shady as all hell they never notified you though, I'd be ready to strangle people!

I feel for you man. I hate banks all together. I had just heard that they are now going to go after the people they fore closed on as far back as 2008 and start garnishing wages for the houses they forclosed on!  Didnt they get a bailout  to cover those morgages already?

If yer good and your documented.. stay put  !!!!!!

it will take a minimum of 1 yr before the sherriff shows up to force you out..
keep ANY AND ALL correspondance with anyone concerning this.. names (first and last) dates, times as well as titles of the individuals you speak with..

i actually got money back from that law suit with chase bank and got to live there 18 months for free...told that B....tch i wasn't paying her an extra 200.00 bux a month for no reason and i meant it
