I was told  they were all changed 20k miles ago  cant hardly belive they would  just go bad or stick open all at once  in past experience  I have   they usually get  loud and make a lot of noise when there getting bad or stuck

gojohnnygo

I always start with fuel filters and some 911 n see what happens from there.

depends on the quality of the injectors and it only takes one to cause the smoke. do you have any type of programmer on it, or a scanner that can read the balance rates?

Crazymays77

I have a scanner but idk if it would work to check the injectors on a diesel.

no programmer or nothing on it   probably take cory up on the scanner and atleast check it for codes  I was told a mass air flow  sensor going bad would make the computer dump more fuel  than is needed    it just weird that as im putting fuel in it  it started smoking  I mean whats the chances that a injector would fail at the same time  or  did it stir up crap in the tank   I don't know run it till something fails I guess

Different gas stations put additives in the fuel for the winter time. One of the worst stations I have found for this has been BP. Run the tank down and put fuel in it from the station that you normally use. You may have to do this a couple of times to get it all out,but it should work.

I actually switched to speedway deisel for the winter time. I am getting better mileage and it starts easier in cold weather.
