will a set of 4" REAR springs for a 87 blazer go on the front? allowing me to just put blocks in the back. thanks for any info guys!

Don't think so, fronts are 46-48", rears are 52 on half tons, 56" on 1 tons

Yes but you will net More lift. Dodge guys have been running Chevy 52s to net around 4" of lift for years.
