hydraulic steering

I have a small block Chevy with stock power steering pump a orbit off from a street sweeper and a steering cylinder from PS E the thing turns really hard any ideas to modify pump to make it work better

Stock pump should have more then enough to turn it, mine is stock, combine ram and orbital and works perfect

try to drill out the inlet vale on the pump.
