I have my 92 with a kingpin 60 up front and 35s that I plow with. Even without the plow the axle and tires seem to be too much for the pump and box to handle. I'm constantly fighting pressure loss. It's had 3 pumps and 4 gearboxes. What are some parts and prices and sizes anybody is using with ram assist? I can't afford 1k for a full psc system. I can drill and tap the box, but pump? Hose sizes? Fitting sizes? Ram diameter? Does the ram gotta match pump pressure output so the steering cycles smoothly?

I have a complete set up, never installed!   Box (GM) drilled, hoses, ram, brackets.  Make me an offer.   Mike 248-310-7902
