99 cherokee xj no start

I have a 99 cherokee xj 4.0
I was having an issue of not starting and read online to replace crank position sensor did that still nothing...
Replaced ignition coil, pickup coil checked all wires not gettin a spark from my coil. Checked all wires still nothing realized wire was messed up on ecm and non repairable replaced that also still no spark.
Everyone posts about this problem online but never any solutions.
Do any of you have any ideas?? Would be greatly appreciated

Check your ground straps.  From batt to fender and from back of block to firewall.  Actually pull on them to make sure they haven't rotted.
